NJ Judge Ignores the Law

by Shannon on 3.8.07

Why Homeschool reports on a NJ case where a husband is suing his estranged, homeschooling wife in an attempt to get his children enrolled in school. The judge’s blatant disregard for NJ law is very disturbing.

Since I live in NJ,I found this very disturbing.
My daughter isn’t “school age” yet, but I worry about
our future as homeschoolers.

I am not familiar with Homeschooling law, but I will say this, if the No Child Left Behind Act gets reauthorized this year, I am willing to bet that more states will start giving in to requirements for Standardized Testing in order to get federal money.
